Ну и из знакомых- сестра подруги работает в начальницей отдела в Департменте по охране окружающей среды, уже лет 15. Она рассказала, что когда были первые увольонения, сверху просто пришел список, кого надо уволить, и все. Разнарядка. С припиской- увольнять без разговоров, проявлений сочувствия, пояснений, быстро- все будет записыватсья на камеру, и если вы не выполните указания- непослушание будет использовано против вас. Более того, в базе данных уничтожаются все "перформанс ревью" тех, кого уволили.
Теперь пришел ее черед увольнятся. "Доги" через ее руководство спустили 3 опции (ей и другим кто попал под раздачу): уволиться сейчас, с возможностью апплицироваться на пособие по безработице. Или- остаться до сентярбя, но уволят тогда по статье как "не справилась с обязанностями", и на пособие потому податься будет нельзя, тк это не по сокращению штатов, а по другой причине (некомпетентности и тп). Перформанс ревью будут уничтожены тоже. И еще есть 3 вариант- могут перевести на более невысокую позицию, с сокращением зарплаты и подписанием спец. контракта и клятвы "на верность правительству". В понедельник надо сообщить решение.

А именно, урезание фондов Американской Ассоциации юристов, запрет госслужащим получать членство в Ассоциации, а и просто посещать ее собрания

Ассоциация выступает с крупными законодательными инициативами в различных отраслях права; её рекомендации способствуют унификации законодательства, выработке стандартов адвокатской практики и принципов отправления правосудия. Органзация не поддержала трамповские указы, по урезанию фондов и закрытию министерств, увольнению госслужащих, и оппротестовала их.

In the memo dated Friday and shared with Justice Department employees, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche ordered that "the Department of Justice will no longer use taxpayer funds to pay for any travel to or engagement with ABA events. Additionally, department employees may not, when acting in their official capacities, speak at, attend, or otherwise participate in events hosted by the ABA." The memo from Blanche, who previously served as Trump's private defense attorney, blasts the American Bar Association as "activist" and willing to "insert itself into pending litigation."The ABA sparked the ire of the Trump administration when it joined the legal challenge against Mr. Trump's executive order decimating foreign aid. The organization has also been criticized by Justice Department leaders for its efforts to promote diversity in accrediting law schools. On Feb. 28, Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote to the ABA and accused the organization of unlawful race and sex discrimination through its diversity policies.
